The Pirkka range, designed by architect and designer Ilmari Tapiovaara in 1955 for manufacturer Laukaan Puu in Finland, takes its styling cues from Finnish rustic furniture, combining character and style with practicality for everyday use.
The table, seats, and backrests are made from solid Finnish pine, with a thick tabletop showcasing a beautiful grain, contrasted by ebonised legs for a striking effect.
